Custom Order Process
- Submit an order inquiry.
- We will reply within 7 days, accepting or asking for more details.
- Once all details have been confirmed, we will send you a private shop link to pay. This will contain all the order details in the description.
- You have 14 days to pay for the order in full, unless otherwise agreed.
- Once you have paid, your order will be scheduled!
- You will receive progress updates via email if requested.
- Once complete, we will ship the order to you.
Custom Order Terms
Order Details
Once paid for, all order details are finalised, not limited to: colours, design, measurements, delivery address and deadline. If your delivery address changes, you must inform us before we ship the order.
Deadlines
We endeavour to work to all proposed deadlines, but it may not always be possible, especially during peak season. We will discuss this with you when you submit your order inquiry.
After we accept your order, you will have 14 days to pay for it to ensure we can meet your deadline (unless otherwise agreed). After this time, we will pause the order, and you’ll need to email us to reopen it with a new deadline.
Cancellation
Once paid for, custom orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 1 week of payment will be refunded less 25% if production has not begun.
- Cancellations made after 1 week or during the item’s production will be refunded less 50%, and the item edited and resold.
- Cancellations made after the item is complete are ineligible for refund.
Revisions
Unless quoted for under the “Progress Approval” checkbox, any revisions may incur an extra charge.
Photo Sharing
We may share photos of the production process and finished orders on social media, both freely and behind paywalls such as Patreon. Progress images will be sent to the client first. Let us know if you want to be named/tagged!
On request, we can delay posting progress images of your order until you have received it (or launched it at an event). If you do not want us to share any images on our social media or website, including the finished pieces, you must state this in your initial order details.
Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse an order or service for any reason, without stating said reason. We will let you know that we can’t accept your order.
Age Limits
You must be at least 18 years old to place a custom order.
Larger Projects
This form is intended for non-commercial customers, for orders based on our standard product line with some alterations. If you are a company or have a larger project in mind that may not match our standard products or requires exclusive use of the created design, please get in touch directly via contact@stygianstudio.co.uk
