It may be possible to collect from events we attend. Please see our Events page for a list of events we are trading at.

Processing

In-Stock orders

All orders are processed within 2-5 working days, from the date of order. If you require your order sooner, please choose next-day shipping.

Expedited shipping

For 24-48 hour shipping options only, available for in-stock items shipped to UK addresses.

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day, otherwise they will ship the next working day.

Backorders

Orders containing an item on backorder will be held until the backorder can be fulfilled. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Backorders may take up to 3 months to complete, depending on the demand. If our estimates exceed 3 months, we will pause accepting new backorders and notify any affected orders.

If you need your backorder for a specific date, you must place a custom order instead.

Pre-orders

Orders containing an item on pre-order will be held until the pre-order can be fulfilled. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Pre-orders will state an estimated initial shipping date range. This is when we will begin posting these orders, and not a guarantee of when your specific order will be shipped. We will send out updates if we need to move a pre-order to multiple batches.

We are not able to guarantee pre-orders for a specific date.

Custom orders

Custom orders have unique processing times, agreed upon accepting the order. Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee a dispatch date until the item is paid for.

Change of Address

Please double check your address when you place your order, as we will not be able to change your address once the item is shipped. If you notice a mistake with your order address, please contact us immediately via our email contact@stygianstudio.co.uk with your order number and updated address.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at the checkout.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Customs and Tariffs

The customer is responsible for paying all customs, tariffs, tax, and import fees incurred with delivery outside the UK.

Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will require an additional reshipping fee. We will contact you by email with options.

Delivery times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. All our delivery times are estimates, and include processing times.

Shipping times may vary during busy seasons such as October and December.

UK

Standard delivery: 3 – 8 working days

Expedited: 1 – 3 working days

Guaranteed Next Day: by 1pm next working day (if order placed before 2pm).*

*Orders placed after 2pm will take an additional 24 hours to deliver. Orders will require a signature on delivery; this does not need to be you. If you do not receive your item by 1pm, please get in touch immediately. Specific post codes have delivery restrictions for guaranteed next day orders as follows.

Delays

If there are delays in the shipping process that go beyond our delivery estimates, please get in touch and we will investigate.

Paused Delivery

We may temporarily pause delivery to countries where the shipping estimate exceeds 28 days. We will email you if this will affect your order.
