Cancellations
If you purchase a stock item and cancel before the item is shipped, you will be issued a full refund.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your order, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- Returned in its original packaging
The following items are ineligible for standard returns:
- Items on a shop-wide sale
- Customised items
- Items with faults listed in the description
Timings
You must contact us by email at contact@stygianstudio.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You must ship the item back to us within 14 days at your own expense; once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue you with a refund of the original sale.
Damaged or Faulty Products
In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered damaged, faulty, or is otherwise incorrect, please contact us by email at contact@stygianstudio.co.uk with your order number and the issue with the product with photos.
If the packaging is damaged, please take photos before you open it so we can appeal to the delivery service.
Issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer pre-paid shipping labels to return damaged or faulty products, and will give you the choice of repair, replacement, or refund depending on the fault.
Repairs and Replacements
If you later discover a fault with your item, we may be able to repair or replace it.
Items returned with a fault within 6 months of purchase will be automatically eligible for repairs or replacement. Any replacements will be for the same item as originally purchased.
Any repairs requested after 6 months will require evidence that the item was faulty within the 6 month window.
